The BGA64 V2 adapter kit includes:
1. BGA64 socket (with one pcs positioning frame: 8X10 mm)
2. ADP_BGA64_EX-A bottom board
3. ADP_BGA64_EX-B bottom board
4. ADP_BGA64_EX-C bottom board
5. ISP cable
6. IC Positioning frame 10X13 mm
7. IC Positioning frame 11X13 mm
8. IC Positioning frame 12X18 mm
This special programming adapter, assigned for Nor flash in BGA64 package
(for example: 29XXX BGA64; 28F32/64/128/256; 28F128/256/51200A-P )
Supported BGA64 chip sizes:8X10 mm, 10X13 mm, 11X13 mm, 12X18 mm
Please note: This adapter only can work on XGecu T48 programmer! Cannot use this adapter on other programmers, such as TL866CS, TL866A, TL866II or T56 !!!
