This adapter can use on programmers TL866A TL866CS 
 
For example, TL866A or TL866CS programmable VCC is from 3.3V to 6.5V. If the chip is 1.8V, you need to use this adapter to program.
 
It can support 1.8V SPI Flash Memory chips of SOP8 (150mil or 200mil body width) DIP8 package, such as Winbond
 
W25Q64, MXIC MX25U1635, MX25U6435 and so on. These chips are often used on Iphone and computer motherboard.
 
Please note: TL866II PLUS can directly support 1.8V chips. You don't need to use this 1.8V adapter on TL866II PLUS programmer!!!
